Uncle Frank,

I would appreciate comments about the impending interest rate hikes on the area under the CAP curve for the current gorillas, or the market in general.

Do rising interest rates have the same effect on stocks with large cash reserves, no debt and positive cash flow as they do on companies trying to fund expansion by incurring debt or issuing bonds? Or do rising interest rates depress the market indiscriminantly due to reduced spending/new ventures as a whole?

Please summarize in 200 words or less.
