I have also fallen into this "No IPO window" trap. I have been using Communicator 4.05
and the IPO window was always there. I then upgraded (always a risk) to 4.6 and it
disappeared.

As has been pointed out, if you do not see the IPO window, you are more than likely
logging in to Webbroker in the "plain" mode, that is they do not see your browser as being
java enabled. After you click on the flipper at www.waterhouse.com you will end up at:

At this point if you replace "plain" with "ie3x", or simply have a URL like
"https://webbroker32.waterhouse.com/Waterhouse/ie3x/logonFrameset.htm", it should
now work OK. I also tried "ie4x" but I still ended up at the "No IPO Window" page.

bh claims to use communicator 4.6 OK, so there must be some sort of configuration
parameter somewhere, haven't found it yet.
