Effective at the opening, June 15, 1999, the common shares of Trans-Global Interactive will commence trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, and the common shares of Trans-Global Resources will be delisted. The company is classified as an advanced company. The company's securities shall trade on a when issued basis for 30 days until the name change and consolidation can be effected in the company's Western Australian corporate jurisdiction. Trades will be taken out of the T+3 netting process and handled as if they were trade-for-trade. These trades will not be settled until the name change takes legal effect and the share certificates are issued.
