AFAIK Perle was never an officer of IBUY. Waldron was the underwriter for IBUY and later a market maker in the stock. Waldron also was a principal early customer of IBUY - accounting for 23% of their revenues at one point in time. Much of the early history of IBUY as a public company is told in a series of MSNBC reports - some, but unfortunately not all, of which are still available.
