Jacalyn, you need not stand corrected re. IBUY. It was not management that was zapped by the SEC. It was the president of a stock brokerage firm, Waldren & Co. that manipulated the stock according to that post. Since I don't know much about what happened there, I guess it is possible that management was involved. But you can't get that out of that post.
