That is something to my heart. Welles wilder and The New Techniques in Technical Trading. I go way back with Welles and sometime I will have to tell you the story of how I got introduced to Him and his techniques. With this new fangled calculator (We called it a portable computer, since the desktop was going for $16,000 and unreachable to many), you could now follow many markets. 13 - 18. I did it all by hand and settled on 3-5. Pretty good stuff. Used three colors. You need to use the three. =DI -DI & ADX. I still have the hand made reams of graphs as a souvenir. I will get the numbers and we can talk about them later. The previous Xpo average is derived from one his original seven. ( THE RSI was the one most popularized, and believe me in mid eighties the RSI could pick out 80% of the tops)

Again you try to look for tops & bottoms, while the Masters told you not to fight the market, we try to Beat it, the best anyone can do is be "it", be with it. If it moves it is not because you were smarter but you decided to not fight"it"

It is interesting you mention INTUIT, IT IS ON MY SCREEN.
