Katherine...thanks once more for the (additional) facts -- you have a nice, clear way of spelling those out. Saves wading through a lot of conflicting info on the various threads.... thanks! Have you done any recent work on quantifying the effect on the laser folks of the rapid move down towards (beyond) .13 micron over the next few years? My interest is highly mercenary, as I own a ton or so of CYMI, but am interested in the technical aspects as well... As that is a most complex subject, any pointers to useful reading links would be more than one could expect. What else are you finding of current high interest for your online publication, Katherine? TSO
