You should check www.fool.com's take on Amgen today (they are long-See RuleBreaker Portfolio Commentary) They say the suit create competition for one of their best drugs however soon they will release a new drug which they have no competition for anemia which should be a blockbuster. I can't remember the name but the present may be bleak but the future will pay off if you can wait.
