Nato deserves the arrival of Russian troops in this way - in fact the event has given me a chuckle - there will be far more than 150 troops - and they will be in place before Nato has moved. The practical result may well be the protection of Serbs from the KLA at least in their sector - but also it will prevent Nato occupying a buffer zone on the other side of the Kosevo border. This is a direct reaction to Nato high handedness, bullying and flouting internationl law.
