I really don't think that they would be that rash or stupid. On the other hand how many greedy people do we have out there that have their hands on the reins? I really expect a dramatic drop in stocks before the end of the year because of the Y2K crap. Why not trigger it a little early with a rate hike just to catch investors off guard? Art
