Let me be very clear, I have never lied and I have never been impeached nor have been found to have lied by any court govt agency or state ( i refused to pay the NASD some money that was the reason they took any action whatsoever...however it was only 6 months after I had already quit..Its no different than an employer retaliating by trying to fire you 6 months after you quit)..BTW, I fully intend on seeing a jury make the final determination reagrding the NASD's illegal actions, In my opinion they are undoubtedly illegal, and this fight I want to make public as it progresses. I have one speeding ticket and thats all on my personal record...and that I just got..other than that..I have nothing but contempt for the NASD because its a huge conflicting corrupt organization.
