A few minutes ago I re-listened to the 6/3/99 webcast to be sure both Mikolajczvk and Sklar said the Form 10 would be filed by yesterday the 11th. They did. Mikolajczyk cautiously said "We are going to file it on that day, err, or soon after that." Sklar flat out promised "finished and filed by the 11th" followed by "We will have the filing done by the 11th." Here on the east coast the 11th is over and ABFG(E) has NOT filed their Form 10.

I was also struck once again by the utter stupidity of the statement that they purposefully delayed the filing because they wanted to shore up their "consolidated" balance sheet with the Stones and Woods acquisition. Sure, it sounds good at face value, but, come on, you mean to tell me Mikolajczvk, an ex-CFO, didn't know that they couldn't include a fiscal Q4 acquisition on their audited consolidated balance sheet until Q4 was over (June 30th)?! How he could look right into the camera and say this with a straight face is truly amazing.

ABFG(E), IMO, will definitely be delisted. No way even if ABFG(E) files tomorrow that the SEC will even dust the filing off until mid July. Look for severe price erosion upon delisting.
