(AP) -- Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch Inc. announced an agreement to acquire One & Only Network, a subscription-based provider of online personal ads and auctions. One & Only's affiliate program encompasses more than 110,000 Web sites that direct consumers to its matchmaking personals on oneandonly.com and its person-to-person auctions on uTrade.com, according to a statement released Thursday by Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch. Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch said it is expanding its network of original local information and transaction services. The Pasadena-based company also recently announced plans to acquire Match.com, an online dating service.
