Banchee, be carefull not to overrank these trends. Much of this is due to the overall market. Most of those lows came when the market was getting crunched and the moves up becuase the market looked better. It's not as clear cut as you make it seem here. Look for the IPO's that will get analyst following or have big news. Keep in mind that big news can come anytime, even during the quite period. If a company inks a deal with another company like CAIS did, you'll get that news. It's that analyst rankings that is prohibited, and when favorable rankings show up from an analyst, so does a flock of investors who rely on that analyst. Again, watch BNBN.
