This statement is what it's all about FEAR! especially in the bond market. First off the market has already taken some or most of the overvaluation out and interest rates haven't been touched yet aside from the trading interest rates, the long bond, which is subject to change daily.

Remember when the market is complacent it's usually time to start worrying, likewise when it is in a state of constant fear -expecially after a correction, it is usually time to start looking for comfort.

I agree with Stockman_scott we are real close to solving this inflation riddle Greenspan gave in time of need (and reluctantly if I remember correctly?) and wants to take it back, and he will not let the markets rest till he does. If we were in any real danger of inflations he would have already raised long ago!
