| For those of you, like me, who are sticklers about information source, it is important to note that the interview was conducted by wall street interviews, not the Wall street Journal.
I bring this up because a few years ago(1996) a person was accused of stock manipulation and POKR was brought up as an example of one of the stocks he was promoting.

I couldn't find anything else to follow up on the article so I don't know what ever happened to the person.

I don't know if the accusations were ever found to be true.

There was no mention that POKR was involved in any way.

I am long this stock(maybe too long) with a cost basis now at .41. I've been following this stock for a few years now. As a long term investor I would only recommend this stock as a hold. If you don't own it already look else where unless you really have nothing to do with your money. Wait for more news. There are too many unknowns. They were supposed to have been merged with AVIA a long time ago and it never happened. Now they are supposed to be assumed by "Byebye now" based on a stock price that is based on an IPO that will come out who knows when. Too many uncertainties to be a "buy" right now.

On the positive side, I am familiar with the business model. Packaged tours are hugely popular here. Boyd gaming recently bought the largest local supplier of Vegas tours here and has virtually no competition. Infact, I will be going to vegas over the july 4 weekend. 5 days, 4 nights, air, hotel, meals, transportation for only $349.. And that's from Hawaii. Cheap.

Also, a local based company of inexpensive tickets, CheapTickets, recently had a successful IPO launch.

POKR has both opportunity, potential. and risk. Take what you will and good luck.

 My two cents.
