Etrade has good products at fair prices. That is what is brought AOL success and that is what will bring Etrade success. You don't have to have a technically superior product, just what is most comfortable and easy for people. By the way, did you know there is a DIRECT correlation between phone wait time (customer service) and the stock price? As soon as wait time goes up again, I AM BUYING MORE ETRADE!!!
