To JGoren: I also have tried on the SI TXN board, with less result than here. Here there are people savy in depth on CDMA technology such as Clark, but the TI role (if any) seems a mystery.

Having owned TI for years (as I have the Q) and admired their transition to full emphasis on DSP and related analog away from DRAM, TI shows every sign of very very competent and perceptive management. How could such management not recognize that the wireless phone future is tied to CDMA? Or is it that they just don't have the skills or other necessary elements to participate? A puzzle. Chaz
