**NETP is now on the preliminary list for addition to the Russell 3000 Index. Go to the following link and click on additions... Go to russell.com The final listing for the re-configured index will be released on July 8th. The Russell Index Research Group has said... <<As we continue to research securities, a revised preliminary list of additions and deletions will be available on June 18, 1999 (after 6:00 p.m. PDT), and again on June 25 (after 6:00 p.m. PDT).>> Lets hope they make "the right decision."
