Good news release. No share dilution. This company will be cash rich and in fact already has plenty of cash on hand. Where can you find a company in production and 3.5m proven reserve and another 5.75m in potential reserves with only 34m shares.

I don't share your concern with the political risk. Just check around the world at such countries as Cuba and others where the poeple are poor to the core. You have a communist government that is more open to business to outsiders because it has no other way to earn US currency. They give plenty of incentives and so will any government that is under pressure from its poeple, including Kazakstan. Now, if you said Coca Cola I would be concerned because of the political symbol it represents. Having said all of the above , I don't even know why I'm discussing this nonsense scenario. Show me a company that lost its mine lately. If the Rochschild Mutual Fund is in, I'm in "good hands".
