Hi Peeps,

Benefits? Well lets see. I assume the ultimate goal is to get a listing on the NASDAQ. This requires a minimum price. Given that at this time the stock price is very depressed, this represents a perfect time for the company to buy and realize gains. If it is possible to use a small percentage of the increase in revenues without affecting operations and growth to buy back shares the following benefits could be realized.

1. stock price stabilization
2. maintain investor confidence
3. reduction in float
4. With the Co. buying shorting would not be an advantageous option
5. with 2 and 3 realized along with increasing revenues, when the stock is trading again people will buy at this low level and the price will go up. Hopefully to the minimum level required for a NASDAQ listing.

Perhaps this is all just wishful thinking but I don't see any other way to get things rolling again.
