I am an engineer for one of the top three telecommunications companies. Ok, then, a telecomm question. How will Metroplus guarantee the QoS necessary for reasonable voice transmission? They neither own a backbone (or any piece thereof) nor are they willing to pay much for bandwidth (per a PR.) And what bandwidth they have talked about is metered, which begs the question of how they expect to make money selling a flat-rate plan? Yes, I have asked these questions directly of NPEC, Metroplus and IPVoice.com, and none have provided an answer. The closest I got was a "someone will call you back", which never happened.
