Dear Alan,
I see two ways to get things rolling again:
1. KICK SOME ASS AND DON'T LOOK BACK:
a. continue building the Company who cares about what exchange it is
or is not trading on ( that will work out in time )( but FGS DO NOT
go BRIT!!!!!!!!!!!!)
b. clean up any lose ends:
1. settle any lawsuits, or scream to high high heaven for all to
see why they are still outstanding ( eliminate innuendo ).
2. dump shares of now defunct deals.
3. highlight what this Company is and say tata to anything that
did not pan out.
TAKE THE BULL BY THE HORN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2. SELL COMPANY TO HIGHEST BIDDER ABOVE 52 WEEK SHARE PRICE.
NO REGRETS, NO BLAME, TAKE THE MONEY AND WALK AWAY PROUD!!!!!!

Nothing beyond that truly means squat, it is all minutia IMHO.
The sooner we have a clear direction from HQ, the better off everyone
