Duncan Idaho, What is this product you mention the "Berboulli"?

As far as the CD-E coming out next year; that is ages away. Are you assuming that magnetic technology will remain static? I don't think that is a logical assumption, especially with regard to zip and jaz. We know iomega already has a 200 meg zip, and we know we can most likely go to 400 megs on the zip. Blue laser technology: Matt Dugas talked about that months ago.

Prospectus bolierplate: we all know about the lawsuit under previous management. That language is just lawsuit protection. Bears have been using that same argument for six months.

Patent protection: please, we all know that patents are not issued over night. Some have been issued if I recall correctly. A competitor will not spend millions on the odd chance that the patents will not be granted; especially when someone like Charles McConathy of Promax calls the patent protection of the zip, near bulletproof (i'm paraphrasing).

The SEC: My understanding is that the SEC is mainly investigating the manipulations of the infamouss DIOMEGA, of Bear Stearns. But if the y are investigating other hyping, so what? How does that affect iomega's fabulous future prospects? I don't see your logic once again.

Seagate Comparison: Seagate sells a drive once; iomega sells a drive and gets the "annuity" from the disks. Razor and blades. Seagate cannot own the market since others drives do not have to be compatible with their standard; with iomega zips, compatability with their ever growing base is a major, major barrier to entry.

You say "-I have no position in this stock, I am not a gambler."
I believe you. But what about your clients? Your bosses? Hey what are you doing working on Saturday?

The price is hight because the outlook is good. It's that simple.
