Why are we so arrogant as to think that God must be constrained by our rules of logic? Our "rules of logic" are the only ones we have. We don't know if there are any other rules of logic. I don't think it's arrogant to use what reasoning powers we have to think about things and try to figure them out. After all, if one believes God gave us our reasoning powers, wouldn't it be more arrogant not to use them or to denigrate them as valueless? Bruce
