Hi Al...Bear Confirmed would take first a reversal into O's on the NYSEBP and then it must drop below the previous column of O's at 40 to 38% to generate a Bear Confirmed signal... I for one will be taking shelter on the reversal into O's and not waiting for the long drop to 38% Hope that helps... Later Preston
