When do IPO stocks become marginable?

I've had both FCST and NETO for over a month, and still show no marginable stocks in my Wit account. I'd love to be able to get some kind of value out of these two dogs!

I sent an e-mail to Wit asking this same question, but figured I'd probably get an answer quicker right here.
