donald: I just read your latest update...and your US Bond interest rate increase reasoning regarding the Japanese repatriation of funds....finds me in agreement, as your reasoning some what mirrors some of my thoughts posted back around the first of the year. I posted I believed the long bond interest rates had made a multiyear low on Oct 5, 1998 and gave some reasons why I thought they would head up and it was not inflation based, but supply demand based.

Competition if you will for the cash....<g>
