Let me see if I have this right. You think or feel that over the past few years, Manning, Lehmans, the Caper brothers, Michael Langdon and others, have tried to figure out what to do with their Firecrest/Megacom shares. They joined with Canadian people {XStream Technology} to become a Delaware Corporation and then sell shares on the OTC BB. They then contacted Wayne Rumball, who is also Canadian, for him and his people to "discover" this unknown stock, hype it, set up an XSNI thread on SI, and then dump it. In that way they could rid themselves of some of these shares on the "run up" to $6. In addition, there are an unknown number of millions of shares just waiting to be dumped come June 30. Is that about it? Why would Lehmans and Manning get involved in this type of conspiracy?

Jacalyn, a few questions:
1. Did Lehmans confirm that XSNI is the proper stock symbol for X-Stream the free UK ISP?
2. You say Lehmans confirmed they represent X-stream. Did they say for what purpose?
3. You say two years ago there was a private placement. Placement in what? X-Stream the ISP did not even EXIST two years ago.
4. You say each Megacom Shareholder got one share of XSNI. Or, did they to get one share of the alleged upcoming IPO?
