73 is merely a projection based on a particular chart formation.
Your reaction to it is pretty typical of what I've seen from some people on other stocks that completed the same formation. Most people fail to realize that it's not an overnight target and have trouble thinking ahead for 9 months or so. Some of them do it quicker though. LASE was the most recent one to reach the target from just over $8/share. It more than doubled and was one of the quicker ones. CUBE's target is just more than a double...lots of stocks double...it's no big deal. A buyout could truncate the target or any number of things could happen along the way. Up to this point, the target is intact.
