Hope, I'm not overly enthusiastic about spending 25K for exposure in IBD given the fact that most of us are still wondering how DGIV has survived this long without IP telephony revenue streams flowing in.

Jimmy talked about trying to deliver on DGIV's business plan on a shoe string budget...25K at this juncture is a lot to spend on exposure to the investment community simply to support the stock price.

If you recall, the IBD ad last year kicked off a sustained PR effort; a campaign if you will (albeit premature) to get the stock listed on the small cap board. Today, it seems to me that the overriding concern as far as listings go is to become reporting to avoid the pink sheets; the ultimate concern is to survive. I don't think there is any minimum stock price involved with this endeavor. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

New investors will flock to this issue once contracts are signed, sealed and delivered, and made available to the public. We have heard that contracts have been signed but nothing in the way of any detail has been made public. Becoming a reporting entity can also have the same impact if the filings show that in fact, revenue producing contracts are in place and generating cash flow. These are events that will not only support the stock but lift it to new highs all without the expense of paying for exposure to investors.

Yes, IMO, I would prefer that the company burn capital in the pursuit of future revenues, new contracts, and further expansion of what hopefully will become a global IP telephony going concern.

One caveat to my rambling above….perhaps the company has found major financial backing in which case dropping the 25k and survival concerns are simply not relevant anymore….things that make you go hmmmmmm
