Your husband;s responses made me think of some of the answers to Dan's interview question about where in time you'd like to visit..
Several people said the Crucifixion, one said the tomb on Easter morning, one said he'd like to hear Jesus teach, which I liked. I thought I might like to hear Beethoven conduct the 9th, although that might be sort of like watching a traffic accident, but there are so many apocalyptic stories (may not have used that word right), I'm curious. Or hear the child Mozart, or Jenny Lind, or Lily Pons, or one of the great castrati, since I will never hear one. |
