It's getting harder and harder to separate the wheat from the chaff. It seems everyone has become an expert overnight. Make a little money, get a big ego and loose a lot more.

Most people that I have talked to are more interested in immediate return...a gapper...instant riches. I like to look at the company, its product and potential. That's a big problem in today's market. I am holding a large number of good companies with good prospects and no news or PR. You know the results...No PR...no increase in share price. All of the newbys buy on the rumor or PR of a rumor without any consideration about the company or it's real potential for profits.

Most companies are in the dark ages in regards to effective public relations/marketing. They are more interested in selling their product than PR. Many other don't want to spend the needed funds to adequately inform the public of their company. Either way, no news, no increase in share price...no money to be made.

My background is in advertising/marketing and I am seriously considering offering my services so some of the good companies with no public voice. If we all had more information about any company we hold stock in or would consider buying, the information would help in our DD efforts.
