DIGG, no problem with the "I'll pass", and thanks for the reply, but, there's always a but....
- Non reporting at this point, yes, they are less than 6 months old, I believe, and have a few months left to become reporting.
- China, yuppers, that is part of their business. Mar 30 release says they are assisting Taichang Co with UBD technology to enhance the productivity of their existing production. Plus they also have been assigned all rights, interests, and profits pertaining to the exploration and development of the oil and gas fields in China through that same agreement with Taichang. Also, I understand, but cannot at this minute confirm, that DIGG has gas interests in other countries, including the U.S.
- Lawrence J DeMaria, Pres and CEO of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce is on the Board of Directors of DIGG, and has agreed work directly with Digital Gas in "developing its Internet and Information Service and Technology business into a world class operation. Mar 17 news release. This guy IMO gives some credibility to this side. Also, in the same release they say DIGG intends to run its Internet business as a "separate corporate entity and is currently exploring options to take it public later this year". I kinda like that and have visions of share dividends in the new company... maybe??
- Back to gas - March 3 release - Neil Munro of Calgary, formerly with Northland Energy, now a director of DIGG, and Pres and CEO of the oil and gas division. I'm waiting to hear back from some of the other Canadians that follow oil and gas to see what they have to say about Munro. Option for 50% of Quazar also is interesting.
- May 21 release - I know it's just a letter of intent at this point, but if they make a deal with Coates to build this engine, hell, I'll dump my ATF.V and throw the $$ over here. LOL
Internet site run it??? Hey, wouldn't bother me if the day traders and momo guys ran it up, so those that want to stay long, can reduce risk/reward, and/or sit on free shares.
