To Jeff and Susan: <I have been using metacrawler for over an hour, and all the sudden got one of those small ad windows that pop up, with news of a hypermart sweepstakes AND FLASHING AD BANNERS! Refreshing every few seconds. An ad for Northwest Mutual (a HUGE insurance company) and ads for the Haggle Auctions right now. And a clickable mention of FREE Hypermart hosting on every ad...WOW. Now I know some don't like the advertising pop ups online, but as a stockholder, it makes me smile. Plus, you can always close the window. > I'm one of the many folks that hate the popups and blinking banners. Drives me nuts!! Please, Jeff, PLEASE keep these to a minimum!
