Thanks for the information! I'm a novice with this fund and using the internet. I am not familiar with MDS Health Group--or Talvest Fund. Are these mutual funds or something similar? I bought TM Technology a couple of years ago before the lawsuit. My brother works for a drug company and visits alot of hospitals and he recommended this stock for its DNA diagnostic products and for the direct detection and identification of infectious diseases. He couldn't speak enough about this--doctor friends were buying it--for around $1.50 a share before the lawsuit. Since that time, I have seen the price drop as low as .13 a share. Anything you hear about this I would appreicate. Thanks!
