Dear David,

You are full of good probing questions. As I outlined in an earlier post MSU has proprietary Chipset technology which is superior to other competitors. MSU is not selling exclusive contracts with anyone at this time. Many manufacturers that want to contract to purchase the MSU chipsets for their Netbox are going to have the ability to do so. Because of the modular nature of the MSU chipset, manufacturers will have the ability of easily customizing the features of any particular Netbox to make it unique and different from another competitor which also may be using the MSU Chipset technology. They do not have just one product designed for "the Netbox" but rather a family of Modular Chipsets which can easily and inexpensively be mixed and matched to at to attain the desired features. The ease of using the MSU chipset for manufacturing gives a manufacturer of a Netbox a pricing advantage and a time to market advantage over creating a whole new customized product from the ground up.

The market for these products is going to be huge. There is plenty of room for many successful companies. But it really helps when you have the most advanced technology like MSU.
