I didn't write this but IMHO this is what has happened here:
A look at the 3rd Balkan War
1, The incident begins when the CIA backed KLA are encouraged to reek
havoc throughout Kosovo as a pretense for US led NATO enter Serbia,
including Kosovo. Over 2000 people killed, about 1000 Serbs, and about
1000 Albanians.
2, Serbia given ultimatum from US led NATO in the so called Rambuillet
talks. Remove all troops from Serbia, and allow US led NATO free travel
and complete immunity from all Serbian laws, within Serbia. Serbia says
No. US led NATO begins bombing along with coordinated KLA, Army Rangers,
and British SAS seccesionist fighting within Kosovo.
3, About 40% of the people living in Kosovo leave. Many head for Fyrom,
Albania, Serbia, and throughout Europe. Reasons for leaving: Escalation
of KLA seccesionist movement, homes bombed by US led NATO, and general
danger of remaining in war zone. Western media introduces the Orwellian
newspeak term "ethnic cleansing." Repeated daily, in all western press
outlets it is the conspiracy theory that "dictator" Milosevic has a
secret plan to expell all Albanians from Kosovo because of "ethnic
hatred."
4, War continues for over two and one half months and leads stalemate.
Both sides agree to a cease fire (G8) to be monitered by 50,000 UN
peacekeepers, plus 10,000 Russian troops.
What US led NATO wanted, and what they got:
A, All Serb troops out of Kosovo. NO. An unspecified number will remain.
B, An occupation force in all of Serbia. NO. A DMZ will be set up
between Kosovo and Serbia. All NATO troops, under the UN, will not be
allowed past this point.
C, An only US led NATO occupation force in Kosovo. NO. They will be
under the UN, which will also include the Russians--something they (US
led NATO) didn't want. Note, a week after this agreement was agreed
to--major western media still reports that it will be NATO force that
will occupy/liberate Kosovo. The UN and Russian forces are being
downplayed and insignificant. Total victory is claimed, to quote Madam
Albright, "Milosevic backed down and agreed to all of NATO's terms."In the meantime, Russians are having coffee in Pristina with Serbs.
D, A referendum in which Kosovo could vote for independence in 3 years.
NO. This is not included in the G8 agreement.
E, Control of the Danube River, as a route from the Black Sea to Central
Europe. NO. This was to happen after the pretense of entering Serbia in
a "humanitarian mission." Not even close yet.
F, Return of all Albanian refugees back into Kosovo. NO. A little
twisted logic here, there were no refugees before the bombing. This was
clearly a NATO created problem, and was never claimed to be a goal, by
NATO, before they started bombing. Although, I imagine they will
continue to claim it was thier goal even before the bombing.
What's next?
Send in the CIA backed "humanitarian agencies" to make-up, fabricate,
and publicize so called "war crimes." They still have to get to Belgrade
and control the travel routes from east to west. The war is not over.
Kosovo will be the staging base the for the next phase. |
