<OT but I'd appreciate a quick response. If a dividend is payable to holders of record on 6/15/99 if I buy today do i get the dividend or is it already ex-dividend? Now, if I buy the stock on 6/15/99 will I get the dividend or will the seller get the dividend ? Thanks for your help....C> C, thanks for your private message too, probably no one on this thread knew the answer. Honestly, it has been so long since I've bought and held a stock, much less one that pays a dividend... that I don't know the answer! I'd be guessing. Maybe someone else knows? -Steve
