James, regardless THEY PAY TAXES. Fact the market run up 25% a year over 2 1/2 years. All the money was not only pension funds 401K's and IRA's. AG warned the congress about those phantom budget surplus which actually came from cashing in on stock market profits. At least I pay income taxes on my trading even that I mostly play the short side. If the market falls volatility will go down and by the way what will remain to short <gg> They may loose a big part of my tax revenue.<GGG> Haim
