jmanvegas, in the antenna arena most of the competitors have gone out of business with the Wireless cable collapse, except for Conifer. In the MMDS arena, look at Spike,ADAP,DMIC,to name a few decent companies. In the Satellite Arena, the big dog is Hughes. I posted a good article a while back breaking down all the competition, those are the companies I am watching. The other one is LUcy,they are funding the equipment buying of their products to WCII and ARTT. I personally have a dislike for LUcy,so don't ask me about them,I am not objective. I think NT is gonna bury them, and I am glad. NT also is in the arena. But CAMP dominated the Wireless cable infrastucture for many years, and I hope they can do the same with wireless MMDS 2-way. They have one of two installations in the US,namely Videotron's IWave(something like that)in San Francisco. The other 2-way MMDS is People's Choice SpeedChoice in Phoenix. Both are being acquired by Sprint. As soon as the FCC clears 2-way and these purchases,Sprint is going to be buying a ton of equipment. I expect that to be in the fourth quarter of this year. Hiram |
