The health of the markets

Indices

INDU ---- very good
SPX ---- very good
NASDAQ ---- very good

The following stocks represent about 25% of S&P 500's $11 trln market.

MSFT ----- poor
GE ----- poor
KO ----- good
AOL ----- poor
CSCO ----- very good
INTC ----- very poor
WCOM ----- very good
LU ----- good
IBM ----- very good
T ----- very poor

C ----- very good

BMY ----- very good
PFE ----- very poor
JNJ ----- very good
MRK ----- very poor

and

DELL ----- very poor. It matched the worst case in the middle of 1993. And it is the second worst year in the decade. People would have made zillions if they had bought in 1993.

We actually have a very good market condition right now. But, some good stocks just got trashed. The trend may still have long way to go. When the market is falling, buy the ones with "very good" health.
