Bill, As with Kosovo, They (IMF and other unknown powers) are acting like they are going to by-pass Congress...... Are we still in America or is this all just a big bad dream? And if you are correct (I'm betting that you are), it should be a nightmare for the shorts and for lots of folks in this hot stock market. One of the many sad stories will be the investors that are caught up in this mess. I especially think of the retired Americans or others elsewhere. They will suffer gravely without understanding the dynamics. Busting of the 401K dreams. "As the world turns" Perhaps, the outcome will not be as negative as I feel at this moment.
