When a small company wants to get on OTC BB and Nasdaq small cap what they do is go and look for an existing company that is not running well. The new company takes over by paying lumpsum amount to the owners of old company and changes its name etc. By doing this it shortens lots of time in taking the company public. There are many other benefits of doing that which you can call an investment banker and discuss to find out why company choses that path. I appreciate your info but for all of us it is not new. We all know the history and I am personally aware that being OTC BB stock with limited information about company and its management this is a very risky investment. I have mentioned it in some of my posts in the past and am repeating again. Though I am confident that soon MXNT should surprise its investors with some "Major" news which should answer all concerns that many of us have at present. MXNT has been quiet since last month and to me there is something real good cooking which will skyrocket the stock price. Just my views.
