J. Nelson, I know they have an agreement with... ipvoice.com As far as these others I am not familiar with them.... Their network backbone, I assume it would be fiber, frame relay, Packet data, ATM. Not much help but I know that fiber bandwith is going to increase to Tera byte range by multiplexing 16 different colors on the same fiber. I have some information about it at work that I believe may be public information. If it is I will post it to you if I can. When that happens there will plenty of bandwith to go around and around. It will carry everything. Good luck with NPEC...
