Pardon me for jumping in ....

I do not own SUGN.

I do own QLTI.

The following is a paragraph from THIS MONDAY'S Investors
Business Daily. It can be found on PAGE 2, top Right Corner.

It may *or* may not be pertinent to what you have been
discussing .....

It says ....

EYE DRUG HELPS DIABETES, MACULAR DEGENERATION

It completely stopped the growth of abnormal blood vessels
on or beneath the retinas of laboratory mice, said John Hopkins
and Novartis' CIBA Vision eye-care scientists. This could mean people
at risk for blindness associated with the illnesses may one day
just pop a pill to prevent blinding blood vessel growth.

Vessels that grow abnormally in the eyes can leak fluid or blood,
causing rapid and server vision loss. Human trials of the drug,
called ***** PKC 412 ***** , could begin early next year.

"This is the first drug I've seen that has a knock-your-socks-off
kind of effect" said Hopkins researcher Peter A. Campochiaro.

End of Article .............

Would someone on this board please post me if you have determined
WHICH COMPANY has this drug.

Thank you.

Regards,
John McCarthy
