Cool Lola the source of your information is some guy you called in a company in Hyderabad in the middle of the night that you do not remember the name of!!. Spoken like a true daytrader..Attention span of a fruitfly!! Anyway I am not convinced that you are telling us the facts. Please tell us if you have any published links to back up your claim for the figure of 50 B US $. Can any one else reading this confirm that India has $50B Us slated for modernization of her Telecommunication infrastructure? Best Regards the Swami
