This is not new news. MicroCenter, E-Machines, and Microsoft have already been providing $ 400 discounts on PC's of any price, even the $ 399 PC's and the $1400 PIIIs, provided the customer commits to a three-year MSN contract, for the last two months. So, which is free, the PC or the ISP account?
