The bottom line is this...if you have enough money to buy up the float and you satisfy the other criteria for listing, then getting the price up to $5 is no big deal.

Keeping it at $5? That is when the fundamentals need to kick in. But that's where AEI, the high growth rate of the sector, and the rest of the PP acquisitions come to play
