WS: My quick post to summarize a few highlights of Friday's Biogen Annual Meeting at: Message 10083808 does not really do justice to either the management presentations or the research presentations. It would be hard for someone to have attended the meeting and not come away with the feeling that this is a company that knows exactly where it wants to go and exactly how to get there. This derives not only from its ability to make the transition from biotech boutique to successful marketer, nor just from the clear economic, therapeutic and service success of its first self-marketed product, nor just from the impressive research program, but also from the company having reached the point of development where it can provide for its future leadership from the growth and development of own internal resources. Whether BGEN fits into your personal investment requirements is something that you must determine yourself from your own DD, but it is certainly a candidate worth screening. Steve
